What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: after 2:00 pm
Check-out: before 11:00 am
Baggage can be left at the hotel if you arrive before check-in time and would like to go out around Florence. The same applies for check-out.

The prices indicated are per room per day with breakfast included.

Yes, we offer our guests a delicious Italian and buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 am every morning.

Yes, the bar in the lobby is always open for coffees, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

Is there a Restaurant in the Hotel?
Our Hotel does not have a restaurant but in the immediate area there are many restaurants, pizzerias, and diners that offer a typical Tuscan cuisine.

Yes, all of our rooms have air conditioning.

Yes, all the rooms include shower and hair-dryer.

On which floor can the rooms be found?
Our rooms are distributes on 4 floors. We have an elevator to take you to all floors.

Does the Hotel offer parking?
No, but there is a supervised garage, that collaborates with our Hotel, only 100 meters away. The cost is approximately €20,00 per day per car.

Are there views from the rooms?
The rooms do not have a particular view. Some overlook the street and others face the back.

Do the rooms have telephones / TV's?
Yes, all rooms have phones with a direct outside line and TV's.

Are safety deposit boxes available?
Yes. At the reception desk there is a safe available with safe deposit boxes to hold valuables at no extra charge.

Which languages are spoken in the Reception Area?
Italian, English, French, and just a little Spanish and German.

How far is the nearest train station?
The central train station of Santa Maria Novella is only about 400 meters from the Hotel, a short 5/10 minutes walk.

Which is the nearest airport, how far is it?
The airport of Firenze Peretola is about 6 kilometers from the Hotel, about 20 minutes by taxi. You can reach it also by bus from the central railway station.

How far is the closest bus stop from the Hotel? Only about 100 meters away there is the convenient "electric bus B" which takes you to Ponte Vecchio. At the main railway station only 400 meters away, all the bus lines can be found to take you in and around Florence.

Where is it possible to rent a car?
Renting a car isn't difficult because, not far away, one can find all the major car rental agencies available. Scooter and bicycle rentals are also available.

Is it possible to receive information on ticket reservations to museums and other events through the Hotel?
Our staff would be happy to inform you on schedules and how to go about reservations.

Are pets allowed?
Small animals are admitted with a extra fee, always with advance notice and approval of the management.

No, we don't have specific designated non-smoking rooms but the common places are all non-smoking.
